Clean hotel, short distance to centre/beach, nearby supermarket, working wi-fi.

It has separate bedroom. It has marvellous and peaceful setting...

We enjoyed to be there, spent 8 very nice nights overall. We had standard apartment with the bedroom. Location was marvellous, close to Centro Maya. Besides, it was in a secure area close to restaurants and bars.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was just a short walk away from the vibrant 5th Avenue, where you can find numerous pubs, restaurants and shops. the beach was also conveniently close by, allowing for easy access to sun, sand and sea.

The lack of a lift in the hotel could be problematic, especially with heavy luggage.

Perfect stay and peaceful location.

Fairly clean property close enough to supermarkets, the nearest beach and the ferry terminal...

Quiet location, friendly staff, good building security. 10 minutes from downtown. Amenities include rooftop bbq area, air conditioning, and kitchen facilities. Conveniently located near supermarket and local restaurants.

I recently stayed at a lovely condo in Playa del Carmen called Condo 46. My stay was for a week and it was a perfect base for exploring the area. The location was great, away from the crowds but still close to everything. The staff, especially Marco the property manager, were incredibly helpful and gave us great recommendations for things to do. The kitchen in the condo was fantastic, with all the necessary appliances and plenty of space. I also appreciated the air conditioners in both the bedroom and living room, as well as the added security of the gated parking. a clean and comfortable place to stay with excellent amenities.

I would highly recommend this hotel.

Clean, modern apartment with great price. Pictures accurate. Comfortable distance from busy area. Walkable to shopping and restaurants. Great rooftop for private parties. Air conditioning always on. Helpful staff. Well-equipped kitchen. Pet-friendly.

We got excellent value for our money with a massive and comfortable condo, equipped with a great kitchen. The location was perfect for us, away from the tourist zone and closer to the local neighborhood. The staff, especially Frey at reception, were incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay.

Food for breakfast could have been better.

The property manager was extremely helpful and provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. the condo was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. the rooftop area offered amazing views and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

The lack of an elevator made it difficult to carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs. the location was a bit far from the main tourist area, including the bus station and ferry terminal.

The prices here were a pleasant surprise, and it was nice to have rooms with a bedroom.
